Topic 1: Write about your fitness and eating habits
Hello everyone, my name is Minh Dan.Here, I'd like to talk about my fitness and eating habits and the following I will talk about diet and exercise to stay healthy. There are many physical activities to stay in shape such as weightlifting, running, and working out at the gym. I usually choose to work out at the gym because it’s quite convenient. If possible, we can go to the gym, where there are machines and instructors available. If not, we can still work out at home like lift weight and jump ropes.
I typically work out five days a week. Around 5 PM, I spend 5 minutes warming up and the remaining 30 minutes doing gym exercises. I often invite friends to join me for extra motivation. The reason I choose to work out at the gym is that it helps me have a fit and balanced body, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and develop perseverance.
When working out, we need to combine it with a healthy diet to get good results. For example, to supplement protein, I prioritize foods rich in protein such as chicken breast, egg whites, shrimp, and squid, while limiting fatty and high-carb foods. Some people choose to
skip meals to stay in shape, but that is completely wrong. We still need to provide our bodies with all the necessary nutrients to stay healthy. So, remember to love yourself and live a healthy life.
